Stakeholders are an integral part of ACPA and their satisfaction is a major goal of the company. Therefore, the company has developed a system to identify stakeholders and understand  all of the stakeholders who could be affected by the company and their needs, concerns, and expectations. This includes both direct and indirect stakeholders.

ACPA has several methods to communicate with them effectively. and giving them the opportunity to ask questions and provide input.

ACPA has a variety of methods, to engage stakeholders such as holding meetings, conducting surveys, and creating online forums.

ACPA also puts social contribution with some of the stakeholders among the annual goals of the company, which the Chairman of the Board follows up on himself and participates in part of it.
Stakeholders represent a lot to ACPA.
